Tim Burton first really worked with Danny Elfman (formerly of the group Oingo Boingo) on his first major motion picture Pee Wee’s Big Adventure, starring the strange man child Pee Wee Herman (Paul Reubens) in 1985 with the pair swiftly forming a unique bond. This duo have worked together on such films as Beetlejuice, Batman, Edward Scissorhands, Batman Returns, Mars Attacks, Sleepy Hollow, Big Fish, Corpse Bride as well as the Burton co-production The Nightmare Before Christmas (even lending vocal talents to the lead role of Jack Skellington).

This show will be chock full of those wonderful themes performed by the BBC Concert Orchestra with John Mauceri conducting whilst a backdrop of original drawings, sketches, scenes and images from the films are projected on a massive screen. This production first saw the light at the Royal Albert Hall and due to it’s phenomenal success it’s going on a tour.
